In 2022, we met for the first time—without knowing it was the beginning of our forever.

Chase was doing electrical work for my aunt and uncle, and as many of you know, work around here often includes a little fun, too. Chase and his buddies, Will and Wes, came out to Kettle Hollow to hunt—and I just so happened to be there that weekend as well. I vividly remember telling Savannah and Emily (Will and Wes’s now wives) that I thought Chase was very good-looking.

Not long after, I slid into his DMs on Instagram 😂 and he took me on our first date in the Stockyards. We had dinner at Los Vaqueros and then saw Wade Bowen at Billy Bob’s—pretty much the perfect first date.

From that night on, we’ve taken on life side by side. Loving each other has always felt easy—quiet, steady, and strong.
